Rail Industry Development Program (RIDP)

The high dependency on foreign product has attributed for the government to come out with RIDP initiative in which  local industry players are encouraged to develop local innovation products through re-engineering with their respective expertise as well as with the technical assistance of foreign technology partners. The local rail player strives to grow, however with the introduction of Vendor Development Program (VDP), MRDC  are able to charge forward via the empowerment of localization in government procurement, develop systematic local supply chain and sustainable. With the RIDP, we are ready to participate in regional and global market that meeting the quality, costs, delivery, development reliability of international standards.
