MRDC has been appointed as ILB

In a significant move to enhance the capabilities of the rail industry workforce, the Department of Skills Development (JPK) has appointed the Malaysia Rail Development Corporation (MRDC) as the Industry Lead Body for human capital development, taking effect on the 1st of January 2024. This strategic decision underscores a commitment to strive the industrial sector and perform the function as required by Department of Skill Development (JPK). This includes advancing skills, fostering innovation, and ensuring a well-prepared workforce for the challenges of the evolving rail sector.

As the designated industry lead body, MRDC assumes a central role in steering the human capital development agenda within the rail industry.
