Kursus Kenegaraan Malaysia MADANI
Malaysia Rail Development Corporation (MRDC), in collaboration with The Corporate Section, Executive Training Division, AKM, successfully conducted the Kursus Kenegaraan Malaysia Madani (Korporat) for MRDC from May 17 to 19, 2024, at the Pusat LatihanKenegaraan Balik Pulau, Pulau Pinang. The program was launched by YBrs. Tuan RoslanMat Nong, Deputy Director General (Management) of the National Academy of Malaysia (AKM).
This program is designed to inspire a strong sense of patriotism among participants and to promote unity and cooperation within the rail sector. By the end of the course, participants will have a deeper appreciation for their role in national development and a better understanding of how to work harmoniously with their colleagues and other stakeholders.
The program was attended by engineers and young executives from the Malaysia Rail Development Corporation, who also served as the joint secretariat. Additionally, executives and staff from KTMB, MRL, MRT Corp, Perbadanan Aset Keretapi, Prasarana Malaysia Berhad, UNIKL MIDI, Railway Assets Holdings, and ERL Sdn Bhd participated in the event.

This course aims to create a workforce that is not only skilled and efficient but also deeply committed to the nation’s progress and well-being.
