Human Capital Development program designed by MRDC consists of the knowledge, skills, and  expertise area that enabling the workforce to feature  their potential as productive members of railway industry. Supply of strengthened manpower with skill and knowledge with comprehensive training modules & system development is being carried out through collaboration and partnership with the industry players and academia. Ongoing initiative to certify specific rail skill by NOSS development and engagement with international institution for certification and accreditation of training center will create a positive view for the carrier path and reflecting the enhancement in railway industry and transportation technology.
