Railway assets comprised of many systems, equipment and component. This trend is keep continuing in Malaysia with new procurement and acquisition from multiple OEMs in which will result in complexity of managing the maintenance and operation. With the goal to drive the improvement in railway system, MRDC has introduced Malaysia Rail Standards (MRS) to harmonize the standards and specification that fulfill the requirement of Malaysia uniqueness environment; benchmarking with international standard and their facilities, we aim to have our own  integrated testing center in future to accommodate the need of the industry.
